On June 4, 2015, the Department of Industrial Relations updated its electronic Certified Payroll Reporting (eCPR) system. All contractors and subcontractors who are required to furnish certified payroll records (CPRs) to the Labor Commissioner must now use the updated system.
Archived certified payroll records are temporarily unavailable. Awarding Bodies will soon be able to access archived payroll record PDFs that were submitted by their public works contractors and subcontractors prior to June 4, 2015.
